If you are unsatisfied with, your items don't fit, or have issues with any of your products received, please feel free to reach out to us at shopsimplyjboutique@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn (besides just trying on), with original tags on, and devoid of any deodorant or makeup stains, and be unwashed/without the smell of washing detergent; The item(s) must also be in the same condition that you received it, and sent back in the original packaging.  

 

Items purchased in-store:

Full price items can be exchanged for another item, or receive store credit, within 7 days of purchase.  We will NOT apply a refund to your original payment method on items purchased in store.

ALL SALE items are final sale and can not be returned/exchanged.
