If you are unsatisfied with, your items don't fit, or have issues with any of your products received, please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn (besides just trying on), with original tags on, and devoid of any deodorant or makeup stains, and be unwashed/without the smell of washing detergent; The item(s) must also be in the same condition that you received it, and sent back in the original packaging.
We have two separate return policies, depending on where you purchased your items:
1. If your items were purchased online then you will be eligible for a full refund of your returned item(s) (MINUS the original sent shipping cost), if your products meet the above requirements, and they are postmarked for return within 7 days of receiving your product. Any damage to products received must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt.
If returning any items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the cost of shipping back to us. We recommend you ship back to us using an insured carrier, because Simply J Boutique is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once we receive your items we will inspect them, and be in touch within 2 days of receipt to let you know if your return is eligible for full refund. If any of these requirements are not met, then we will return your item to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost for that as well.
If you want to exchange your item for a different size/style, we can not guarantee the availability of your swap item, due to our limited size/style quantities; however, once we receive your return for a swap, we will pull the item you want to swap into, and process/ship. If you do not want to risk losing out on a certain size change/swap, we recommend buying the replacement size/style, and then once we receive your original purchase (if postmarked within 7 days of receipt), we will issue your refund for the original purchase.
2. If your items were purchased in-store, then our regular policy applies, which is:
Full price items can be exchanged for another item, or receive store credit, within 7 days of purchase. We will NOT apply a refund to your original payment method on items purchased in store.
For Online purchases, as well as In-Store purchases, all SALE items are final sale and can not be returned/exchanged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, but you will receive tracking information, once available.

Where is my Refund?
If you haven’t received a refund to you original payment, and you have given us the 3 days to inspect, approve, and process your return, then feel free to contact us at email below. Please be advised that sometimes it take 2-3 days for refunds to process through our system/bank.
